When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation on email and whatsapp. Confirmation can sometime take upto 1 hr. If you don't receive a confirmation within 1 hour, please get in touch with us.
You can change the address as long as the product has not shipped out. Once shipped, it's not possible to change the address.
Yes we do ship internationally. Contact us on email or whataspp to get a quote for international shipments.
Our products are shipped out within 1 working day from our warehouse in Nioda (Delhi NCR). We prioritise to ship with Bluedart, wherever available. Delivery to metro cities takes 2-3 days, for other places it can take 3-7 days.
